Beyond the Keywords: Psychological Profile

Soft skills are more than just team spirit or curiosity. They are the result of an internal architecture, a specific way of processing information and approaching the world.

01

Managing Workload and Ambition

Balancing a Master's degree, critical industrial IT/OT integrations, and freelance consulting missions requires extraordinary mental compartmentalization. This hyperactivity is not mere agitation, but a pursuit of mastery and security. Choosing to invest simultaneously in highly structured environments (corporate apprenticeship, academia) and purely autonomous spaces (freelancing, self-hosting open-source tools) reveals a need to diversify sources of validation. Architecting complex systems satisfies a psychological imperative for order: it is about making the world predictable and modular. Pressure is not endured; it is an engine that justifies the demand for rigor.

02

The Left Brain / Right Brain Duality

There is a fascinating dialogue between the absolute rigor required for database management or IoT automation, and the immersion in emotional narrative and musical universes. The Architect seeks the elegant solution and clean code—the search for truth through logic. The Storyteller reveals a strong sensitivity to storytelling and aesthetics. These two poles complement each other through a shared concept: Worldbuilding. Whether designing an infrastructure where microservices communicate fluidly, or escaping into a coherent narrative arc, the intellectual process is similar. IoT is the perfect bridge: making the magic of digital code spill over into the real, tangible world.

03

Relationships and Grounding

In a daily routine dominated by abstractions, headless code, and delivery deadlines, human interactions and simple pleasures serve as a grounding system. Preparing homemade meals, organizing barbecues, or finding a symbolic gift are profound acts of grounding. Unlike software development where results can be intangible, cooking offers immediate, physical, and shareable gratification. Similarly, meticulous planning of getaways introduces experiential reward. Mentors, colleagues, and friends are not mere variables in a network, but essential pillars to step out of algorithmic logic and reconnect with empathy, slow time, and spontaneity.

04

The Blind Spot: The Architect's Trap

The deep desire to think through a qualitative, modular design upfront, rather than leveraging AI to push out a quick MVP, is the mark of a conscientious craftsman. However, this is the main psychological blind spot: the risk of over-engineering and avoiding confrontation with reality. The paradox of preparation: In striving for perfection from day one, there is a risk of analysis paralysis. Technical rigor can unconsciously become a shield to delay testing by the market. The cognitive cost of excellence: Refusing the ease of a fast, 'dirty' deployment increases mental load. The challenge will be to accept that an imperfect but shipped architecture is sometimes superior to a masterpiece confined to a development environment.
